The reception staff were very welcoming and kind
The cleaning Staff only came to our room one time during a 2 week stay. Not nice!!! We had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper and towels.

Paid twice
24-hour reception, kitchen, and living area.
We arrived late, and although I showed proof of payment on my bank account and confirmation on booking.com, this wasn't enough. They forced me to pay twice or not take the room. As it was already midnight, we didn't have a choice, and we paid again. Otherwise, we didn't have anywhere else to sleep. The following day, I had to then waste time asking staff members to check the system to refund me. Apparently, not all reception staff are able to check the system for payments, so you have to wait until the person who can start their shift. It's a legitimate hotel, and they did refund me. However, apparently, I was told it was a common issue they have with their system. No real apology. Be prepared to pay twice or be refused entry.
